Spriters, Artists, Scripters, and Programmers Needed.

Hello, griffballxk here! As you can see from the title of this forum, I would like people’s help. I wish to make a game development project, much like Pier Solar, and I would like for anyone interested to become part of this project too. I have the plot and chiptunes covered, but I am not skilled in drawing, spriting, scripting, or any programming.
