Will Kega Fusion support xBRZ 1.4 (6xBRZ scaler) and RGB mode as like FBA?

I absolutely would want to see an XBRZ scaler made for Kega Fusion. Just need to know what the two functions exported by the scaler plugins “RenderPluginGetInfo” and “RenderPluginOutput” actually do.
